Privacy Policy

TCC Group ("TCC"), is committed to protecting the privacy of users of this website, (the "Site"). We intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information. In order to offer our online Core Capacity Assessment Tool ("CCAT"), we collect certain information from you. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you visit the Site, how we collect it, how we use it and the steps we take to protect it. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and when we do, we will post the modified policy on this page. If any changes to this Privacy Policy are significant, then we will also provide a more prominent notice. By submitting information to us or continuing to use the Site after we have posted such modifications, you agree that TCC may use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


TCC does not handle e-commerce transactions on the Site, and does not host the online version of the CCAT. E-Commerce is handled by []. TCC encourages all users of the Site to visit the sites of our partners and review their respective privacy policies before accessing CCAT or purchasing other services via the Site.

Information Gathered through the Site

TCC may track and record certain information, including IP address, operating system, type of browser, referring URL, actions taken and time spent on the Site in order to gain aggregate data that may be analyzed for trends and statistics. Currently, TCC uses Google Analytics for this and as such, that data will be collected and shared with Google. Google's privacy policy may be found here []

If you wish to join TCC's mailing list, you must provide certain contact information (including name, email address, postal address, phone and fax numbers, and other demographic information (e.g. occupation). If you wish to purchase TCC's services or tools, such as CCAT, or use the online version of CCAT, you must provide certain contact information (including name, email address, postal address, phone and fax numbers, billing and shipping addresses), financial information (credit card number, expiration date, verification number), and other demographic information (e.g. occupation), before purchasing or accessing the desired services or solutions. Except for disclosures which are necessary to provide the service (e.g. sharing information with our e-commerce provider and with credit card processing services) TCC will keep the names, email addresses and other personally identifiable information of users confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Currently, TCC uses your information to provide our services to you, to create user profiles based on your purchases or transactions, and improvement of our Site. We may also use it to notify you of additional services or activities that we think may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you may let us know by contacting us as described below. We may also share your personal information with third parties who provide services to us in connection with the Site or disclose it in special circumstances if we believe it is necessary to enforce this Privacy Policy, protect the safety of any one or is required by law.

Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, TCC may use accumulated aggregate non-identifying data for several purposes including, but not limited to, marketing analysis, evaluation of TCC's services, and business planning. TCC may also market or sell anonymous, non-identifiable user data that has been collected and processed into aggregate and anonymous statistical profiles to third parties. TCC will never sell personally identifiable information of its Users to third parties.


TCC may employ "cookies" to provide users with tailored information. A "cookie" is an element of data that a website, when visited by a user, sends to that user's browser which, in turn, may store that element on the user's hard drive or memory. Any cookies sent by TCC will be marked so that they will be accessible only by the Site and subject to this Privacy Policy. However, at his or her option and at his or her sole expense and responsibility, any user may block or delete our cookies from his or her hard drive. However, by disabling cookies, certain site features and functionality may no longer work properly, or at all.

Links with other sites

The Site contain links to other websites that are owned or controlled by unrelated third parties. Please note that the privacy policies of these sites may differ from those of the Site. TCC is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of any linked website. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of any website you may visit before disclosing any information.

"Opt-out" Emails

By default, users will receive certain emails from TCC if they provide their email address to TCC. Users are free at any time to "opt-out" of these messages.

To opt-out of TCC emails or postal mail communication, please do one of the following:

Email Display

In some cases, users may have the opportunity to use the Site to send electronic mail to another user or email list. In such cases, a user's valid email address and real name will be included with such messages. In order to prevent abuse, users may not opt-out of such a display, but may choose to refrain from using such Site to transmit an email message.

Children Under Age 13

TCC does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under age thirteen. If we discover that we have collected information from users under age 13, for example, if a child sends us an email with a question or comment, we will write back using that email address but we will not keep the email address or use it again.


To secure site integrity, TCC and its partners employ measures, which include security audits, use of encryption tools and software including 128 bit SSL encryption for all financial transfers, and other reasonable security measures and procedures.

Internal access to users' private and nonpublic personal information is restricted to site administrators and individuals on a need-to-know basis.


In the event that TCC becomes aware that site security is compromised or nonpublic user information has been disclosed to unrelated third parties as a result of external activity, including but not limited to external security attacks, TCC shall take reasonable measures which it deems appropriate, including but not limited to internal investigation and reporting, and notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities, notwithstanding other provisions of this Privacy Policy.

If TCC becomes aware that a user's personal information provided to TCC has been disclosed in a manner not in accordance with this Privacy Policy, TCC shall make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user, as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law, of what information has been disclosed, to the extent that TCC knows this information.

No Guarantees For Factors Beyond TCC's Control

While this Privacy Policy expresses TCC's standards for maintenance of private data, it is not in a position to guarantee that the standards will always be met. There may be factors beyond TCC's control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, TCC disclaims any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of private information.

Location of Servers and Transfer of Information

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, be aware that the information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Site or providing your Personal Information to us, you consent to this transfer and to the collection, storage, processing and use of your Personal Information in the United States. In addition, our service providers may not be located in your geographic area in the U.S.; by providing your Personal Information on the Site, you also consent to the transfer of your data to these service providers.
