An abiding passion for social justice and a deep respect for human rights have animated Jessica Mowles’ professional path. As a Consultant at TCC Group, her decade of experience in the social sector reflects roles in both the philanthropy and nonprofit arenas, where she has focused on grantmaking strategy and evaluation, program management, and operations analysis. At TCC, Jessica develops grantmaking and operational strategies for foundations to articulate and maximize their impact and define and fulfill their organizational goals. She has worked with clients including the Jim Joseph Foundation and the Sunflower Foundation.
