Prior to joining TCC Group as an Evaluation consultant in 2008, Ms. Chablani provided research and technical writing services to nonprofits in Chicago and abroad. Most recently, she assisted a policy board design a research tool to be used in environmental scans around the country.

In her international work, Chablani partnered with Dasra, an NGO in Mumbai, India, to develop a series of learning modules for Indian grassroots NGOs, teaching performance measurement techniques and evaluation process implementation. While in India, she worked with Global Fund for Children, interviewing grantees from disaster areas in Thailand, Sri Lanka, India and Pakistan, to develop a guide for future disaster relief funders.

While working at IssueLab, an online archive of nonprofit research, Chablani engaged with researchers from nonprofits across the country around the mission of building an online collaborative learning exchange.

Chablani completed her Master of Arts degree in Sociology, with a concentration in organizational theory, in 2006 and received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science from DePaul University.
