Andrew Jaico

Education: BA College of the Holy Cross, in English

Andrew Jaico is the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT) Manager at TCC Group.

Before joining the firm, Jaico worked as a Business Analyst for Public Consulting Group in Princeton, New Jersey. Working in the firm's education branch, Jaico worked on projects for school-based Medicaid and special education technology. In this role, he collaborated closely with school districts and state agencies to maximize the effectiveness of their programs.

Jaico comes to TCC with classroom experience in education. As a substitute teaching assistant at the Central Park Early Learning Center, he worked with children with developmental disabilities. In Worcester, Massachusetts, Jaico acted a lesson leader for Social Justice 101, a volunteer program that exposes local children to basics of social justice.

Jaico completed his BA magna cum laude in English from the College of the Holy Cross, where he received The Rev. Stephen Duffy, S.J., Scholarship, a full academic scholarship. After graduating, he served as a member of the Board of Trustees.
