Anna Lee is the Administrative Manager at TCC Group, overseeing all Firm Administration, Human Resources, Operations and Technology.

Previously at McKinsey & Company, Lee oversaw over 80 national and international consultants while involved with McKinsey Alumni Consulting (MAC) working closely with McKinsey shareholders and partners in MAC's development, launch and coordination. MAC became the Firm's first new program in over 40 years, and Lee managed financials, budget, program growth, alumni consultants, and revenue generation within this program.

Lee also founded Opera Singers Initiative to support emerging classical talent by providing essential mentoring and business skills for the development and growth of these classical performers. She serves on the Board and is a member of numerous philanthropic organizations including Opera Singers Initiative, Carnegie Hall Notables, Nature Conservancy and 85 Broads. Lee consults for The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, advising philanthropic organizations on their strategy, operations and organizational management.

A former opera singer, Lee also served on the faculty of the Steinhardt School of Education as an Adjunct Professor at New York University. She was featured in Crain's New York Business "Gotham Gigs" for her work as the successful Founder of Opera Singers Initiative. Most recently, Lee has been featured in Harvard Business School's Community Partners Program for her work in philanthropy.
