Bonnie Mazza, Consultant, joined TCC Group in 2008. Since joining the firm, Mazza has been involved in a number of strategic and business planning projects for a range of organizations, including WildlifeDirect, the Craig H. Neilson Foundation, Out of Many, One (OMO), and The Family Center. Prior to joining TCC, Mazza worked in the nonprofit sector for eight years, primarily in microfinance. Mazza has focused her career on building internal capacities and efficiencies within the organizations she has worked for and has assisted organizations with mergers, re-organization of programs, development and launching of new offices and departments, and the improvements to workload systemization to increase efficiency.

Mazza has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations including ACCION USA, Trickle Up, Pro Mujer, Teach for America, CHF International, and the Philadelphia Development Partnership. Mazza spent four years at ACCION USA launching a new program, centralizing lending procedures, underwriting small business loans and assessing business plans. In her most recent position as Director of Lending at the Philadelphia Development Partnership, Mazza managed a growing loan portfolio, streamlined departmental functions, and increased program capacity by implementing new systems and building strategic partnerships. Mazza's international experience includes creating a land valuation survey to help assess the market value of recently titled land in Mongolia and completing a situational analysis and strategic plan for a local community center supporting AIDS orphans in Maputo, Mozambique.

Mazza has a Master of Public Administration degree in nonprofit management from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at NYU and a Women's Studies degree from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She has also studied with the School for International Training in Kingston, Jamaica.
