Lauren Seemeyer joined the TCC Group as an evaluation consultant in the Chicago office. Prior to joining TCC, Seemeyer worked in the nonprofit sector for seven years, conducting and evaluating programs and providing policy analysis in the areas of public health, education, and family economic security.

Seemeyer has worked with a number of nonprofit organizations including Voices for Illinois Children, the National Women's Law Center, Chicago Cares, and Pediatric AIDS/HIV Care. In her most recent position as the Program and Policy manager for the Families' and Children's AIDS Network, Seemeyer was responsible for the organization's grants management and advocacy efforts surrounding issues of importance to HIV-impacted families. During graduate school, Seemeyer worked as a research assistant for the Institute for Health Research and Policy, helping to conduct a US Department of Education-funded evaluation study of a character development program. During the study, Seemeyer was responsible for data collection and analysis, data presentations, and constituent communications.

Seemeyer has a Master of Public Health degree from the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois-Chicago with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health and Community Health Sciences. Seemeyer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
