Education: BA: The College of William and Mary, in government

Scott Kuhagen is an Analyst with TCC Group. Previously, he was a member of the Lutheran Volunteer Corps and worked as an assistant with the Access to Justice Unit of Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, a national refugee resettlement agency in Baltimore, Md. While there, he assisted the unit in its mission to broaden access to legal services for vulnerable immigrant populations, and served as the main point of contact for legal inquiries from clergy and the general public. Currently, he volunteers as a copy editor for the online magazine INTHEFRAY. In the past he has been a volunteer researcher for PIRC, the Pennsylvania Immigration Resource Center, based in York, Pa.

He graduated magna cum laude from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va., with a bachelor's degree in government. While an undergraduate, for a year he also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he studied international relations and law.
