Sally Munemitsu, Director of Program and Grants Management and Capacity Building, offers expertise in program design and implementation, grantmaking, employee involvement, and capacity building. Since joining the firm in 2000, Munemitsu's work at TCC has focused on providing strategic guidance on corporate grantmaking and employee involvement, crafting capacity building initiatives, and managing complex grantmaking and corporate evaluation projects. Clients include American Cancer Society, Chesapeake Bay Trust, Feeding America, Kraft Foods, National Urban League, New Jersey Health Initiatives of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Pfizer, Prudential, Wells Fargo/Wachovia, Wells Fargo Regional Foundation, Valley of the Sun United Way, ViiV Healthcare, etc.

Munemitsu is a graduate from the Wharton School of Business and The Joseph H. Lauder Institute of International Management, a dual degree MBA-MA program offered at the University of Pennsylvania. She concentrated her studies in Public Policy and Management and International Management with a focus on East Asia and the Japanese language. During business school, Munemitsu participated in a Students for Responsible Business (SRB, now Net Impact) internship at the Little Tokyo Community Development Corporation, and continues to be active as a Net Impact alumna. Her B.A. is in International Relations and Asian Studies also from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a Board member of the Asian Arts Initiative in Philadelphia, a community arts center where artists and everyday people explore and express their diverse experiences as Asian Americans.
