Strategic & Business Planning
We help nonprofits plan to address short-term needs and achieve long-term goals by developing a vision of where they want to be in the future, identifying the best route for getting there, and helping them overcome the obstacles that stand in their way.
Our planning work with nonprofits often falls into one of several areas:
Needs Assessment
We help organizations take stock and analyze marketplace information in order to gain a better understanding of their needs.
Strategic Planning
We help nonprofits focus their missions, articulate a vision of what they want to accomplish, identify internal strengths and weaknesses as well as external opportunities and challenges, determine the resources they will need to accomplish their goals, and lay out a plan and timeline for meeting their goals.
Business Planning
We help nonprofit organizations develop business plans for earned income ventures and also more detailed strategic plans that incorporate market research, operating strategies and risk assessments.
Program Planning and/or Design
We help organizations identify and focus on those programs and strategies that most clearly address long-term vision and mission and have the greatest potential for impact.
