Strategic Planning for the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo

TCC Group worked with the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo (CFGB) to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to play a leadership role in addressing Buffalo's challenges.

Evaluation for Freeman Foundation

Freeman Foundation's Undergraduate Asian Studies Initiative (UASI) is a five-year, $100 million initiative that provides support for college Asian Studies Programs nationwide. TCC Group was engaged to conduct an evaluation that will enhance the Freeman Foundation's understanding of the UASI and provide data for ongoing decision-making.

Grantmaking Assistance for Mary J. Hutchins Foundation

TCC Group provides day-to-day administration and management of the Mary J. Hutchins Foundation, a private family foundation funding in the areas of health services, hospitals, youth organizations, community development, and social services.

Capacity-building Initiative for the James Irvine Foundation

The James Irvine Foundation retained TCC Group to design and conduct a multi-year evaluation of the Arts Regional Initiative (ARI). ARI provides capacity-building assistance to a cohort of mid-sized arts organizations in regions outside of the major cities of Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco, to develop their internal infrastructure to a level commensurate with their programming and artistic vitality. TCC Group is working with Irvine to help design and manage the Initiative.
