Grantmaking Assistance
Our broad expertise in working with foundations and corporate philanthropy programs of all ages and sizes—from newly created small ones to large established ones—gives us distinctive capabilities in all aspects of grantmaking and grant management.
Our grantmaking assistance services include:
Design and/or management of program initiatives
We help funders assess initiatives under consideration, identify potential grantees, develop Requests for Proposals, review and evaluate specific proposals, and implement and monitor the initiative's ongoing grantmaking.
Full-service foundation management
We help new or existing foundations by handling all administrative and grantmaking services, including creating and maintaining a grants database and other records, reviewing and evaluating grant proposals, sending out grant and decline letters, paying bills, working with investment advisors and accountants, and facilitating board meetings.
Design and/or management of capacity-building initiatives
We also help funders plan and implement initiatives that direct support to a cohort of organizations over a defined time period to address specific capacity-building needs. To learn more about our capacity-building services, click here.
