Implementing strategies to accelerate impact through collaboration

“When you lose, don’t lose the lesson”- Dalai Lama XIV

Beeta excels at implementing positive change for clients and challenging traditional philanthropic structures to maximize organizational impact as she strives to continually shift power back to historically marginalized communities.

At TCC Group, Beeta’s experience helps to strengthen and support clients’ capacity for growth. She works to guide our partners in realizing their long-term goals for success with organizational planning, focusing on their missions and operational structure, and making philanthropic contiutions to create maximum impact. Currently working on a capacity-building tool that will aid community foundations across the country, her goal is to to ensure that all essential voices are brought to the table, even if not traditionally included.

Beeta’s passion for the visual arts intersects directly with her work at TCC Group. She uses her background as an artist, and her talent for creativity, to see problems in a new light and engage clients in forming their vision for the future.

Most recently, Beeta was the chief of staff at The Tow Foundation of New Canaan, CT, which has a mission to promote wellness and access to opportunities so that individuals and communities can thrive. Her responsibilities included working with executive staff and the board of directors on organizational strategy and guiding the launch of an innovation fund that increased the impact of the foundation’s work, making a move to TCC Group a natural progression for her talents.
