Passionate qualitative research expert in health advocacy and social issues

Kendall brings a passion for collaboration to solving public health problems and supporting underserved communities. Drawn to TCC Group by our extensive list of projects supporting social justice and health equity, she has combined a focus on community-building with qualitative research, writing and grants management skills, bringing a holistic approach to her work.

Utilizing her background in public health and communication with various stakeholders to target the social determinants of health helps her gain an understanding of the needs of various communities and how to support and uplift them. Kendall shines when she delves deeply into independent and collaborative qualitative research projects. Kendall is bringing her expertise to ViiV Healthcare’s  Positive Action programs, which aims to deliver long-lasting impacts to women and children. As project manager, Kendall works with qualitative collection and analysis of grantee data, along with client support and management.

Before joining TCC, Kendall began her career at the International Parent Advocacy Network, where she created an online referral platform for parents across the globe seeking support and advocacy information. Using her skills in qualitative research and analysis, Kendall conducted and assessed interviews with parent advocates and incorporated these results into the website portal. As a senior program assistant in the Health and Medicine Division at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine, Kendall contributed her research skills to four studies and produced various briefing materials. She was the recipient of the 2019 Health and Medicine Division Rookie Award.
