Marketing and brand strategist elevating the successes and people of TCC Group

An internal thought partner, brand builder, and tenacious content driver, Lindsay leads marketing capacity building for the firm. She works hand-in-hand with staff to empower and enable them to tell solution-driven stories that demonstrate TCC’s expertise and impact in the social sector.

Lindsay is an insightful strategist whose experience in higher education, grant-funded programs—as well as nonprofit, business, and economic development consulting—heightens her awareness and understanding of how TCC clients can benefit from working with the firm. She is uniquely skilled at translating the organization’s culture, creativity, and innovation into meaningful and valuable content for clients that also contributes to the larger societal dialogue regarding positive social change and impact.

Before TCC Group:
  • West Virginia University: Using her skills as a connector and convincing champion, Lindsay created, managed, and sustained a grant-funded university program focused on developing an innovation and entrepreneurship culture on campus. Through business development events, communications outreach, and relationship management, she engaged over 300 university faculty, over 100 students, and representatives from over 200 companies across the country—inspiring collaborative opportunities in the research areas of security and intelligence, bioscience and biomedicine, and energy and the environment. Her program, LIINC (Linking Innovation, Industry and Commercialization) won the Award of Excellence in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University Economic Development Association.
  • Choosy Kids: Lindsay designed and implemented a social media strategy for a nonprofit helping teachers, parents, and allied health care professionals promote healthy habits in young children and their families. Focused on building marketing capacity, she framed a marketing infrastructure to reach key stakeholders and established channel-specific strategies for Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. She also recruited and managed bloggers and subject-matter experts to share their expertise on the organization’s new website.
