He also oversees data cleaning and upkeep compilation. He takes a holistic approach to interpreting the interconnected web of challenges his clients face while maximizing the tools TCC can implement. His conclusions support the team in working with clients to understand areas of strength and opportunities for growth; initiate improvements; and inform future goals. Prior to joining TCC as an analyst, Owen discovered the crucial role nonprofits play in supplementing existing government wellness programs. As a research interviewer at the Public Health Management Group, Owen worked on a study aiming to increase COVID-19 testing in North Philadelphia. He conducted interviews with patients to understand barriers to testing while providing guidance on COVID-19 test results and prevention measures. A passionate bicyclist and rock climber, Owen dreams about hiking the Appalachian Trail in the future.
