Facilitating administrative systems and processes to deliver viable efficiencies

“If you find it in your heart to care for somebody else, you will have succeeded.”—Maya Angelou

Yolly possesses the dedication and determination to help others and give voice to the voiceless. At TCC Group, Yolly delivers administrative and operations support as well as core administrative and grants management support to partners and their grantees as part of the firm’s overall philanthropic advisory services. A bi-lingual speaker, Yolly brings a deep commitment to language justice to her grantmaking support, opening access to Spanish-speaking grantees applicants and helping them overcome technical barriers to entry.

As a grants administrator, Yolly supports day-to-day operations for several philanthropic community giving programs. She regularly conducts due diligence to ensure compliance and eligibility, and proactively follows up with grantees and applicants alike to ensure their documents are in order and deadlines are kept. She constantly strives to improve systems and processes to provide her associates and external colleagues with the highest quality support.

Yolly draws from her previous professional experience within the nonprofit healthcare sector to assist patients living with HIV and their families. She has also personally served as caregiver for a family member with a chronic illness. Such engagement has compelled her to approach every project she undertakes with a holistic lens, sense of urgency, kindness, and compassion.

At TCC Group:

Grantmaking Systems Optimization: As an iterative and proactive grants administrator, Yolly accelerates the improvement of TCC Group’s grantmaking systems on behalf of its philanthropic and corporate giving partners. In particular, Yolly has helped troubleshoot and implement new systems during a massive, multi-year overhaul of a major healthcare company’s grantmaking process, resulting in drastic improvements to the grantee user experience and technical efficiencies for both users and administrators.
