Kiandra brings a sharp operational mindset and a dynamic, people-centered approach to everything she does at TCC Group. With a background in the highly regulated finance industry, she’s known for her precision, reliability, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise. Kiandra combines structure and adaptability, infusing every undertaking regardless of size or scope with energy, care, and an unwavering commitment to detail. 

As Business Development Manager at TCC, Kiandra is a reliable and highly effective contributor to the Marketing, Communications, and Business Development Department, advancing a range of different projects that have improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the work being done by the team. Kiandra handles current client project and activity tracking and supports the firm’s business development efforts.  Among her responsibilities she conducts market and competitive research, opportunity identification, and plays a key role in other aspects of building out the firm’s Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM) including creation of the internal CRM guide, preparing firmwide trainings, and developing process documents. 

Kiandra’s attention to detail and client-centered approach also guides her work as CCAT® Manager, leading the day-to-day operations of the firm’s proprietary Core Capacity Assessment Tool. She provides thoughtful, responsive support to a wide range of nonprofit users and facilitators through her management of the CCAT Helpdesk as well as marketing, sales, and training. Kiandra also oversees updates to the tool itself, improvements to the platform and database, and coordination with the broader facilitator community.  

Before coming to TCC, Kiandra gained experience in the banking industry, building a strong foundation in client relationship management, operational support, and industry compliance. At JPMorgan Chase she developed deep expertise in compliance and regulatory standards. At PICO, she supported executive leadership and played a key role in team culture and operations, coordinating with domestic and international teams, managing executive calendars, planning events, and overseeing vendor relationships and office logistics.  

Whether working with internal staff, TCC Group clients, or external stakeholders, Kiandra is dynamic in her approach to work, exemplifying the passionate and dedicated work ethic of the firm’s culture.
