  • JPMorgan Chase: Known for her ability to establish and manage meaningful relationships with clients, Kiandra maintained a robust book of both individual and business banking clients. As a small business specialist, she developed comprehensive profiles to assist with setting up new accounts and connected clients to experts who could provide customized solutions. Required to uphold tight compliance to industry and company standards, Kiandra established a level of expertise in the management of confidentiality, document retention, regulations, and anti-trust laws.
  • PICO: Working directly with the CEO and COO of the financial technology firm, Kiandra assisted with team building initiatives and provided overall support for enhancing organizational culture and employee morale. She collaborated with fellow admins in domestic and international office locations to ensure administrative/operational consistency across the firm. Her support role included active management of executive calendars and organization of special events, monthly meetings, and weekly staff lunches. Kiandra also actively managed the office’s inventory of supplies and managed third-party vendors.
