Mission

TCC Group's mission is to develop strategies and programs that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, and corporate citizenship programs to achieve social impact.

History

TCC Group was founded as The Conservation Company in 1980 in Philadelphia. Now nearly 30 years old, TCC Group has evolved steadily from a small group of three consultants working in Philadelphia to a full-time consulting practice of more than 30 seasoned professionals today.

Locations

TCC has offices in New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, and San Francisco.

Services

TCC works with nonprofits, philanthropies, and corporate citizenship programs to provide evaluation, strategic planning, capacity-building, and grantmaking assistance.

In addition to consulting services, TCC also provides online assessment through its Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT).

Staffing

The firm is led by Richard Mittenthal, President and CEO, and 4 Board members at the Vice President and Senior Vice President level. The consulting staff includes 6 Senior Consultants, 11 Consultants, and 4 Research Associates.
