Before TCC Group:

Amnesty International: Overseeing all fundraising, marketing, communications, digital engagement, and events, Claire devised the organization’s fundraising and marketing plan and secured board approval to invest in a new monthly giving program as a strategic lever to increase long-term revenue growth. In her lead marketing role, she developed national marketing campaigns for six program areas that increased national media exposure and included membership-led local community outreach and education initiatives. As a member of the executive leadership team, she contributed to the development of the firm’s strategic plan, represented the U.S. division on the global management team, and served as the primary point person on a global exchange for sharing fundraising and marketing insights and best practices with colleagues from international offices.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF): Through her role in JDRF’s national headquarters, Claire established the organization’s first integrated marketing and communications department. She initiated a major rebranding initiative that repositioned the organization for success and remains in place today.  In addition to leading all marketing and communications, Claire was responsible for community outreach and engagement which required close collaboration with 84 chapters and a force of volunteers nationwide.
