Our Team Victor Pruteanu Information Technology (IT) Manager Email Victor Providing IT support and cyber-security awareness and maintenance to create a safe, integrated tech system organization-wide “Stay hungry. Stay foolish.” Steve Jobs. Bringing his expertise in cyber-security to TCC Group, Victor leads the organization in making sure all computer systems are safe. He collaborates with the entire team, ensuring that all computer products benefit our staff so they can do their jobs more efficiently. Victor’s expertise is in creating training programs for staff and clients, and contributing to cross-team projects. As IT manager, he implements new policies and securities, allowing for a smoother work process for everyone. On a daily basis, he solves complicated problems, and focuses on analyzing and assessing how our team members work and what their needs are. He is spearheading computer processes for privacy, security, while ensuring that as staff go about their work, their accounts are secure. Victor has implemented quarterly security training for all staff, in order to keep staff on alert about computer safety. Most recently, Victor worked for Elara Caring, based in Texas, where he specialized in providing technical support to more than 400 users, and finding technical solutions to provide smooth remote collaboration during the COVID-19 shutdown, developing and delivering training programs to staff and clients.
